Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 9/9/11

These handstands are Baaaaaad(sheeps noise)  Here is Ron G. and Paul doing handstands in the middle of Wales, England amongst the sheep.

Strength or skill:  Work on Muscle Ups or Pull-Ups.  If you're comfortable with both then use time as a strenght and complete 15 muscle ups or 40 strict pull-ups

WOD:  Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds GO and 10 seconds rest) of the following 3 exercises

Row for calories

Push Ups

Jumping Lunges

Your scores will be your lowest round and your total reps of each exercise.

Courtesy announcement :-)  I know we are all excited to get to the workouts and practice.  If you're early and there is room, you're more than welcome to find some space and work on a skill, mobility or anything.  If we are in the middle of a WOD and the back area is being used please stay completely off the floor until the WOD is done so the people in the WOD can stay focused and beast their workout.  Just give the same respect you'd want in return.

I know a lot of you are getting fit and are very excited by the weight you're losing and how your body is shaping up. Erin told me the following is the incorrect way to show off your excitement with your new body.  I think it's a matter of opinion.
