Run 400m
7 Burpees
Max reps double unders
90 seconds rest between rounds
*Your final score is your grand total max reps double unders
We just got a shipment of the Again Faster Ultra Jump Ropes.  We have 9 left that are available.  $25 each and that includes tax.
There are certain people you don't want to run into in a back alley......these guys would definitely kick my A$$.
