Megan laid out on the floor after finishing the 2008 CF Games WOD, Valery found it quite funny.


Megan was nice enough to return the favor.  Hello Valery laid out on the floor just a few minutes after she completed the WOD.   Ooooh love the pain.

Strength/Skill:  Gymnastics practice.  Work on HSPU, Pull-Ups, Muscle Ups, Ring Dips, etc....

WOD:  Let's have some fun and do the 2010 NW Regionals CrossFit Games WOD. 

Go in multiple heats.  10 minute time cap

I know many of you have heard about the possible bacon shortage but don't worry Ron Swanson has a public service announcement to help you.

Erin and I took the kids to a lego convention last week and someone built a lego Ron Swanson.  It was amazing, I laid 3 strips of bacon at the bottom of this masterpiece to show my respect.
