Strength/Skill:  Shoulder Press 5x5x3x3x1x1 (70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95%)


AMRAP: 6 minutes

3 Deadlift (315/205) (FB 365/225)

15 Pull-Ups (FB C2B Pull-Ups)

*Don't attempt FB unless you can get at least 3 rounds in FB.

**Your weights and bands should be set so you get at least 3 rounds.
