Holy Shoulders Batman! So, I know many of you guys are aching from this week’s strength program & WODs.  I have to say I’m wrecked too. My shoulders are sore, so I decided to browse online tonight and check out KStar’s Mobility Wesbite ( his blog post was on working the shoulders. Check out this video and spend some time before or after classes to work these.
