Holy Shoulders Batman! So, I know many of you guys are aching from this week’s strength program & WODs. I have to say I’m wrecked too. My shoulders are sore, so I decided to browse online tonight and check out KStar’s Mobility Wesbite (www.mobilitywod.com) his blog post was on working the shoulders. Check out this video and spend some time before or after classes to work these.
