Strength/Skill:  Work on a weakness.  Overhead squats, backsquat, shoulder press, muscle ups, pull ups or whatever it is you want to work on.  20 minutes to work on a weakness.

10 Deadlift (135/95)

10 Push Ups

Move over Chuck Norris, this guy has the deadliest legs ever.  Who feels like they got beat up by this guy after doing Fight Gone Bad yesterday :-)
