Strength:  SDHP 3x3x3x3x3

WOD:  Teams of 2

20 Minute AMRAP

10 Pull-Ups

10 SDHP (95/65)

20 Jumping Lunges (ea leg = 1)

Only one person works at a time.  One person rests while the other completes a full round, then switch.

When you go out on your Valentines Day Date, make sure it's local.

What do you get that special someone on Valentines Day?  The better marriage blanket.  Don't let those embarrassing smells disrupt the romance.
