Meal Plans

Seth preparing for the CF Open, finished with a little extra training involving rope climbs.  Damn ropes made Seth bleed his own blood.

WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP

30 KB Swings (55/35)

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

30 Sit Ups 

The latest and greatest way to workout your abs.  If this catches on then I'm putting out a fitness video where you drink so much beer that you spend the whole next day puking.  Seriously one long day of puking and your abs are sore for a week.  Six Pack Abs Solved!
