 Tyler CrossFits for functional training, because you never know what might happen in Las Vegas.  You might have to do squats with gumby on your shoulders......Thanks to CrossFit Tyler was prepared.


20 Minute AMRAP

5 Clean & Jerk (135/95)

15 Sit Ups

30 Double Unders

I do not know the use for this but I'll still buy it.

I don't know if I'll buy this.  I'll stick with the extra calories & nutrients I get from regular water :P
