Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 3/8/12

It's Announced! On Friday we will do 12.3 which is:

18 Minute AMRAP:

15 Box Jumps

12 Push Press

9  Toes to Bar

Strength:  Backsquat 3x3x3x3x3

WOD:  8 Minute AMRAP

20 Weighted Lunges (75/55) (ea leg = 1)(put weight in front rack or on your back)

10 burpees

Don't forget tonight!!!! Our very own Will Eskew will be performing with his rock band Mile 9 at Conor Byrne in Ballard at 9pm. Cover is $7. They would love the support.  Relax have fun and get ready for 12.3 tomorrow :)
