Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 4/16/12

Friday was fantastic.  I came into the gym and had a goodie bag waiting for me.....It had a Bacon Tie in it.  I normally don't wear ties, but how could I pass on wearing this amazing thing.  Thanks Karen

Strength:  7 Sets of 2 Reps Backsquat 80-90% your 1RM

WOD:  10 Minute AMRAP

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

15 Box Jumps (20 inches)

15 Burpees
