Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 5/21/12

First I want to say congrats to Marisa.  I received this email about a race she ran:


I wanted to share that I had a great run today at the Beat the Bridge 8k. I just looked and last time I ran it my pace was a 9:01 mile. This year my pace was 7:54, and I finished in just over 39 minutes.

Thanks to you and Erin and the whole crossfit interbay team for getting me there!

This is the final week build up to NW Regionals. I hope you can make it out and support the CFIB Team.  Each day we'll spot light two of them so you get to know a little more about them.

 Strength:  Push Press 2x2x2x2x2x2x2


3 rounds for time:
75 double-unders
50 sit-ups
25 push-ups
(20 Minute Time Cap) 

Why bother with performance enhancing drugs when you can just splash on a handful of Macho. It's a "Sport Scent"! Show up to any CrossFit competition wearing this stuff and the rest of the competition doesn't even need to bother lacing up their Inov8's. Macho is guaranteed to take 2 minutes off your Fran time..... Unfortunately, it is on the Crossfit Games Official Rules list of banned substances.

Oh yeah, talk about excitement in the wild.
