So what are you going to do this weekend?  Here is what Geoff did last weekend, squatted his wife Adria at Westport.  Run out and get some squatting pictures too.

Adria couldn't let Geoff have all the fun so she showed him who's boss :-)

Strength:  Deadlift 70-80% 1rm 5x5x5x5x5


12 Minute AMRAP

10 Power Snatch (75/55)

10 Push Ups

10 Push Press

10 Jumping Lunges (each leg = 1)

This isn't CrossFit related just cracking me up.  Next time I go to the zoo I'm dressing all my kids up like zebras :-)
