With all his CrossFit Power Brad did finally OH Squat the fallen tree

Strength: 3x10 OH Squats


30 Thrusters (95/65)
40 Burpee pull-ups
50 KB Swings (55/35)
100 Double Unders


OMG this makes me want to throw up, Taco Bell breakfast drink

This is exactly how I feel after a big deadlift.  Little kid nailed it

I personally never found fitness Lonnie that funny; others have but I've been ehhh about his online videos.  However here are two that I found that made me crack up.  Tell me which one you like better.
