Workout of the Day (WOD)

The Masters Workouts have been released:  Link Keep an eye out for Janice Spray, she has a great shot at winning the Games this year in the 45-50 year old womens division.  She's a close friend with CrossFit Bellevue that just opened up Lake Hills CrossFit

Strength:  Deadlift 25 Minutes to establish a 1RM

WOD: 8 Minute AMRAP

20 Lunges (Each leg = 1) 

20 Push Ups

2012 CrossFit Games are about to begin!!!!!!!!  A handful of us will be there watching them live but you can still see them online live or wait until they come on ESPN later this summer.
