Whoo hoo we made it to the summit of Mt. Rainier.  Here we are at the top, from CFIB we have Matt G., Robert B., Brian T., and myself.  Also joining us were Josh and Matt G. from CrossFit Bellevue. 

Of course I had to knock out a handstand with crampons at the summit of Rainier.

Strength: Front Squat 2x2x2x2x2 (record your heaviest 2reps on the whiteboard)


Run 400m
21 Box jumps (24/20)
21 Burpees

15 Burpees

When I got off Mt. Rainier, and was back in Ashford, Washington, I ordered myself a double bacon cheeseburger.  It tasted sooooooo good, I didn't think anyone could put it into words as to how amazing my body felt when I ate it.  However, this guy knows what I'm talking about.......DAYUM!
