Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 9/10/12

Let's kick off a new week with a benchmark we aren't doing it today, we will do it tomorrow, Tuesday.  I just want to get you psyched about it today :-)

Plus I have a longer post coming tomorrow that discusses something very near and dear to me.  A certain gym etiquette that affects everybody.  What could it be????

Strength/Skill:  Practice Snatch, if you're seasoned establish 1RM Squat Snatch.  Do not increase weight if your form is off, even if you make the lift.

15 Weighted Sit Ups (45/25) 

CFIB's 2 year anniversary is coming up October 11th and Beth thinks we should have an 80's prom either Thursday or Friday of that week.  Thoughts? 

I do like the idea of a prom party.  We can use the red party cups to keep it classy.  I bet you didn't know the lines in there really had a purpose.
