Monday is the last day to grab your clothes out of the front area, on Tuesday they will all be donated.  

How did you do over Halloween weekend with the Paleo Challenge? 

Note, just because you break down in one meal and you will earn 0 points for the challenge, doesn't mean you should go crazy for the entire day.  Remember the primary reason for this challenge is to kick off a long life of clean eating and healthy living.  Get back on it, be strong and stay motivated.   

Our annual fundraiser with Toys for Tots is coming up.  We are throwing a competition along with CrossFit Bellevue to raise money and toys for a great cause.  If you're interested in volunteering or judging let one of the coaches know.  Otherwise, put together your teams (2 men & 2 women) and get registered.  If you want to compete but don't have a team, let me know because I can help put groups of people together.  The website is at to register.
