Just wanted to throw this out there…As you guys perform extra work before or after classes, it’s always good to have a workout partner. One, for motivation. Two, as an extra set of eyes towards mechanics and safety. Three, because they can use their iPhone (or Android *cough*cough*) to video your movement so you can see what you look like!
I HIGHLY recommend having someone videotape you when you’re practicing your handstands, muscle-ups, overhead squats, doubleunders, and snatches. You may be surprised to see that your body is actually doing/not doing something you think it is or isn’t.
The coaches are here to help but it's always a new perspective when you can see yourself.
