They announced 13.3 and it's 12.4......LOVE IT!!!!! That's a fun, yet painful, WOD.

12 Minute AMRAP
150 Wall Balls (20/14) (10feet/9feet target)
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups

So our dodgeball season is over with but don't worry because softball starts this Sunday.  If you're interested in playing on the CFIB Co-ed softball team there is a sign up sheet in the gym.  Games will be on Sundays in Magnolia.  Our first game is this Sunday, March 24th at noon in Magnolia. 

I don't know what Lyle is doing here in the middle of dodgeball.  He's either asking for a timeout or thought it was the right time for a dance.
