Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 5/24/13

This Memorial Day Weekend we will have the following class schedule:
Saturday:  9am, 10am and 11am Fundamentals
Sunday:  11am
Monday:  10am Memorial Day Murph WOD.  If this class fills up then we will add a 9am class too, if it doesn't then we will only have a 10am class on Monday.


Strength/Skill:  Clean & Jerk practice

Within 10 minutes:
800m run, with the remaining time, amrap:
2 power clean
1 hang squat clean
2 jerk (185/125)
