Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 5/6/13

Sunday was so much fun.  Thank you Scott for bringing in the 181st Brigade Support Battalion to do their PT with a strong team WOD at CrossFit Interbay.  Roughly 60 Army Reservists worked out here on Sunday.


Strength:  We are going to do a few months of the Wendler Cycle again, so know & remember your 1 Rep max.
Shoulder Press Week 1.  If you don't know your 1RM, we will establish it this week.

2-3 Warm up sets before your 1st work set.

Set 1 5 Reps at 59%
Set 2 5 Reps at 68%
Set 3 5 Reps(or more, max reps) at 77%
