Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 6/7/13

In case you didn't know Rob will be leaving us at the end of summer so make sure to try and talk him out of moving between now and the end of August :-) He was accepted to graduate school by many very prestigious schools, including UW, but is choosing to leave state......completely ridiculous!!!!!  So we have 2 months to make him feel extremely guilty :-)

Strength:  Deadlift Week 1.  Make sure to increase your Deadlift 1RM numbers by 10 pounds from last cycle.  If you don't know, work with your coach to establish numbers. 

WOD:  "Afraid to Fail"
Max Double Unders until trip up(newer people get a mulligan, if you've been here awhile and are good at DU's but trip up on 2, too pressure)
Max V-Ups
400m Run
