Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 7/2/13

We will have only one class on 4th of July, come on out and wear your red white and blue!


Strength:  Complete the following not for time
40 V-Ups
40 GHD Sit Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Supermans

4 Rounds
200m Run
20 Pull-Ups
20 Front Squats (95/65)
*Rest 1 minute in between each round.  The rest is self timed, so when you finish round one and you see 2:34 start yourself up on round two at 3:34.  Your final time is when you finish your 4th round.
