Strength:  10 Minute EMOM
10 V-Ups
15 Supermans

WOD:
3 individually timed rounds
You don't need to know what the 3 individually timed rounds are.  Because individually timed rounds means you get rest and rest is awesome.  EASY DAY!!!!!
