Here is a little taste of what Saturdays 4 Year Anniversary Party is going to bring.  Now remember you can dress however you like because Mardi Gras really does cover the entire spectrum of outfits :-)

Strength:
Shoulder Press
2 sets of 5 reps @75-80% 1RM
3 sets of 2 reps @ 85-90% 1RM
2 sets of 1 rep @ 95+% 1RM

WOD:
50-40-30-20-10
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups

I know some people are going to show up in amazing outfits.  I know for a fact that a few people got their fly new Mardi Gras outfits from this place.  True Story!!!!
