Remember to mark your calendars for October 18th for CFIB's 4 Year Anniversary Party, theme "Mardi Gras....Beads for Biceps".  I'm very excited to see some of you already picking your outfits out and I even ran into Meilina downtown shopping for a dress for the big day.  I am on the hunt for a gold suit, if anyone see's one be sure to let me know.

Skill/Strength:
Complete 20 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
and
30 Strict Ring Dips
(Break up both however you like, goal is quality reps completed)

WOD:
4 Rounds
10 Clusters (Mx 95/65, Rx 115/75, FB 135/95, Awesome Sauce 165/115)
20 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)

I recently learned what being Catfished meant.  Hilarious......oh and this video is wrong but pretty funny.
