Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 2/13/14

Remember this Sunday we will have an Olympic Lifting class at 10:30am.  There is no Open class on Sunday, come into the Oly Class.  We still have our regular CrossFit class at 11:30am on Sunday.

There is no extra work during the 9am Saturday class.  This is our largest class of the week and we don't put a limit to the number of people in this class because it's our fun team workout class.  This is the only hour of the week that extra work is not allowed because we need the space.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have you signed up for the CrossFit Open yet? Stop stalling.

We are doing a Valentines Day WOD today because I have no idea who will be coming in for the Friday evening Valentines Day classes.  Yes, we will have our regular schedule.

Teams of 2 (co-ed if possible):
WOD 1:
Max distance row 7 minutes (1 rower for each team, swap out as many times as you want with your partner)

WOD 2:
7 Minutes each of you establish a 1RM Clean (power or squat)

WOD 3:
8 Minute AMRAP
15 Push-Ups
20 Goblet Squats (55/35)
(Swap out however and whenever you want with your partner, you don't have to wait until a round is over with before you swap.  Only one person can work at a time but break up the reps, rounds and this WOD however you like)
