Workout of the Day (WOD)

Erin and I stopped in to do some workouts in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  I know a lot of you travel there often so be sure to stop in to Calmeca CrossFit, plus they are putting together a competition in August....maybe some of us should make the trip :)  Summertime plus CrossFit sounds like a perfect combination.
