Congratulations to the Seattle Seahawks on their first Super Bowl Win!!!! What a great win for the city.

I'm sad the season is over, this has been so much fun plus everyone will miss the Sunday Holly 12th man Runs.  Don't worry, we will pick this back up next it too early to say repeat?

I know you're feeling crappy today after the celebrations from yesterdays Super Bowl Win and all the junk you put in your body.  Get in and start working that out of your system, get back on track and into a healthy habit.

Strength:  Backsquat
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 4-5 reps
(as heavy as possible)

3 Rounds
400m Run
21 KB Swings (55/35)
12 burpees
Go fast!!!!
