Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 2/21/14

We have just one week until the first CrossFit Open WOD is programmed at CrossFit Interbay.  I'm looking around the gym and see a lot of people that haven't registered yet.  These are people that keep telling me they are going to register because they've done the Open before, they know how much fun it is  and they keep saying they plan on doing it again.............so why are you still waiting????? Plus if you look at the games.crossfit.com website we are third in the Northwest for number of participants and we know CFIB isn't a large gym compared to most.  I think we can easily break 100 people and possibly move into the first or second spot for the region.  Will we win anything? No, but we will earn bragging rights and I love showing off the CrossFit Interbay spirit and community.
