So before you get lost into the weekend, go register for the CrossFit Open. We now have enough members for 2 kegs of beer for the kick off WOD Party but we want more :) instead of 3 kegs, if we get to 100 people, what should we get or do instead if we get 100 cfib members registered?  post suggestions.

WOD:  11.1 CrossFit Open WOD
10 Minute AMRAP
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatches (75/55, Masters age 55 and over 65/45)
