Welcome back, we are back to our regular class schedule.
Now that the Open is over and the gym has a new facelift, we would like to know what's next for each of you. Do you have any races this summer, any hikes, goals in CrossFit you'd like accomplish, are you planning on competing in a local CrossFit competition? Talk to your coaches and we are going to put your Spring races/goals on the board so we can keep you motivated and training through the season. If you want suggestions on goals and races, ask a coach and they can help.
Strength: Back Squat Week 3
