Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 5/19/14

Remember the 5:30am class starts today,  Coach Tyler will be leading the Monday and Friday and I will be running the Wednesday 5:30am class.  See you there.

Strength/Skill:  Split Jerk or Push Jerk, your call. 5 X 1. You may shoot for a 1RM if you like. Newer athletes work on form and technique with no concern over loads used.  You can work from the racks

5 Rounds
10 Clusters (95/65) (FB 155/95 but 5 reps per round)
15 Burpees
