Workout of the Day (WOD)

I don't need to remind you how hot it is outside.  In hot weather, there's no such thing as over-hydration.  The use of water or noon tablets to replace electrolytes – chemicals that help your muscles and nerves perform optimally – is crucial.  Remaining properly hydrated will help prevent cramping, nerve pain and even more serious bodily harm caused by the loss of body chemicals that occur when you're sweating buckets under the hot summer sun.  Be smart this summer, hydrate hydrate and hydrate all day.

Strength: 
3 Sets of 10 Strict Ring Dips (use the smallest band or add weight)
3 Sets of 5 Chin-Ups (use the smallest band or add weight)

WOD:
50-40-30-20-10
KB Swings (55/35)
Lunges (no weight, each leg = 1)
Sit Ups
