Remember the CrossFit Games are live this weekend, you can watch them at  We will have regular classes this weekend.

Dave P. participated in Ragnar’s NW Passage.  Ragnar is a 12 member overnight relay run starting at the Peace Arch in Blaine and finishing at Langley, a distance of 196 miles.  The 12 runners are split into 2 vans, the 6 runners in Van 1 go first (one runner is on the road at a time & hands off to the next runner) and then Van 2 takes over, this happens 3 times.  Dave's team - - “In Pain Since Blaine” - - was on the road for 31 hours and 35 minutes and Dave's routes were 4, 9 & 6 miles.
