Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 9/8/14

What an amazing weekend!!!! The Elysian Games were a blast, thank you to those that competed and especially a big than you to each of you that came out to cheer on your CFIB family. 

I love it when new people step out of their comfort zone and try new adventures:  Bernie competed in her first competition and performed amazing, Jen competed in her first individual competition and also performed great.

DK Just miss the finals in the Firebreather Men's division by 1 spot. 

Team "Sorry For Partying" which consisted of Beth, Christine, Brian I and Shogun, kicked some serious butt and spread glitter all over the gym floor, nice work.

Ian S., killed it taking two 2nd places in the workouts today.

And Tanner took 2nd place in the Men's Open division, just missing the top spot by 1 point.  He went into the finals in 2nd place and wound up winning the final workout but didn't win it by enough to take over that top spot.  Great work!!!!

Oh we can't forget our teens.  Marissa V., took 3rd in the teen division and Taryn place in the top 6, amazing work ladies!

Why are people so mean to NFL players, they have feelings you know.   FYI, I'm going to cry if I lose this weeks NFL Pickem league and have to do that 5k row.  I'm near the bottom and not happy about it.
