Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 1/26/15

This weekend had great weather and a great event held at CrossFit Olympia called "Chaos in the Capital 2.0"

On Saturday Matt and Ian wound up taking 2nd overall in their division.  They beasted it and this is the second weekend in a row that Ian competed, the weekend before he won the Masters Division at CrossFit Lynwood.  Awesome work!!!!

On Sunday was the other division where Tim and Tanner competed together and wound up taking 5th overall, solid performance.  Also Coach Shea and Josh, with CFBV,  competed together and wound up taking 3rd overall.  AMAZING PERFORMANCE ALL AROUND!

What's even better is soon we will be registering for the 2015 CrossFit Open.  Everyone remembers how much fun this is year after year and it's back again.  You will hear more details in the coming days.

Ok, I hate to stereotype but to be fair, this is pretty much exactly how I imagine every single person who attends a monster truck event would come off if they were being interviewed.
