Strength:
Back Squat
5 Sets of 3 Reps @ 75-85% 1RM, 1st rep of each set is a tempo of 35x0 which means the first rep descend at 3 seconds, then hold for 5 seconds at the bottom then stand up at regular speed, after that first rep do your remaining 2 reps at your regular speed.

6 Rounds
5 Clusters (Mx 75/55, Rx 115/75, Rx+ 135/95, FB 165/115, Awesome Sauce 205+/135+)
10 Pull-Ups (Rx+, FB & AS, C2B)
