The link is live for the 5th Annual Toys for Tots Throwdown, where CrossFit Interbay and CrossFit Bellevue host this event to raise money and toys for this amazing cause.  here is the link to register, this event will be sold out fast, it happens every year and we can not add more teams once it's sold out.  The place we hold the event is smaller so we have less flexibility.  So register now before I make this public to the other gyms.

Find Ways Around the Reasons

If you’ve ever wondered why you can’t quite get fit, it may be your proclivity for caving to pressure. And that pressure may be self-induced. Fit people do not give into excuses for why they shouldn’t exercise. Quite the contrary — they are continually finding reasons why they should hit the gym and find pockets of time to do it.

Below is Kendal at the powerlifting meet this weekend, she benched 137, squatted over 200 pounds and deadlifted over 300.  Great work Kendal!!!

15 SDHP (Mx 65/45, Rx, Rx+ and FB 75/55)
20 Wall Balls (20/14) (Rx+ 30 Wall Balls, FB 30 Wall Balls 30/20)
