Workout of the Day (WOD)

I sent the 5th Annual Toys for Tots Throwdown to all the gyms so it won't belong before it fills up like every other year.  If you want to be on a team but don't have all the members yet, register and I can help fill in the spots.  I already have a few people looking for teams.

Remember each person that registers must bring a toy the day of competition to donate.

Power Clean

WOD:
Death By Thrusters (Mx 75/55, Rx 95/65, Rx+ 115/75, FB 135/95)
*With a continuously running clock perform 1 Thruster the first minute, 2 Thrusters the second minute, 3 Thrusters the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute.
