I hope you remembered to set your clocks back one hour this weekend. And so begins one of the saddest days of the year......darkness earlier.....good thing we have plenty of Starbucks to make me smile :-) But mostly, one of the best tips for adjusting to the earlier darkness is to eat healthy, get good sleep and exercise. Your energy levels will be much higher and you'll feel better.
