Strength:
Back Squat
Set 1 - 8 Reps @ 65-70% 1RM
Set 2 - 8 Reps @ 70-75% 1RM
Set 3 - 8 Reps @ 70-75% 1RM
Set 4 - 5 Reps @ 75-80% 1RM
Set 5 - 5 Reps @ 75-80% 1RM
Set 6 - 3 Reps @ 85-90% 1RM
Set 7 - 3 Reps @ 85-90% 1RM

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Burpees
25 Double Unders
