Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 11/26/15 Happy Thanksgiving 1 class today at 9am

Happy Thanksgiving, we will have one class today at 9am then we have a modified schedule on Friday, regular classes on Saturday and we have an extra training class from 9-11am on Sunday then the regular class at 1130am on Sunday.

This weeks extra training will be run by my good friend Josh Baily, he coaches at CrossFit Bellevue.  Since I am out of town, he is nice enough to step in and help out.  He's a great coach, good personality, can work with athletes on all levels to help get the most out of you while having a good time.  So come in and meet Josh on Sunday.
