Workout of the Day (WOD)

Big Congratulations goes out to CFIB's Team called "Teen Machine".  Each of them are 16 and 17, they competed with the adults and each PR'd on their 1 rep max's.  Great work!!!! It's all about progress.

Strength:
Back Squat
6 sets of 5 reps @ 80% 1RM

WOD:
3 Rounds
30 KB Swings (55/35)
30 Lunges (each leg = 1)
30 Box Jumps/Step Ups (24/20)
