2 Sets of 5 Reps @ 75-80% 1RM
3 Sets of 3 Reps @ 85-90% 1RM

WOD:
For time, one time through
50 Pull-Ups
50/30 Push-Ups
50 Air Squats
800m Run
50 Sit-Ups
50 Lunges (each leg = 1)
50 Burpees
