Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wow that was an amazing game.  The outcome wasn't how wanted but if you're going to lose it may as well be in one of the best Super Bowl Games in decades and to an amazing team like the Patriots.  They truly are a Dynasty, 6 Super Bowls in 14 years and 4 wins, they deserve a lot of respect.

Seahawks will be back next season.  Can't wait.

Now let's get back to working out and dialing in our diet, I probably don't want to know what you put in your bodies this weekend or how many pounds of skittles you ate.

Strength:
Front Squat
Set 1:  6 Reps @ 705 1RM
Set 2: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 3:  2 Reps @ 90% 1RM
Set 4: 1 Rep @ 95% 1RM
Set 5: 2 Reps @ 90% 1RM
Set 6: 4 Reps @ 80% 1RM
Set 7: 6 Reps @ 70% 1RM

WOD:
15 Minute AMRAP
15 KB Swings (55/35)
10 Goblet Squats w/KB (55/35)
10 Burpees
*Self timed 60 seconds rest after each round
