Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 2/25/15

We are sad to say "see ya later" (I HATE good-bye) to one of our long-time friends and members, Cat.

She has been with CrossFit Interbay for a long time and is moving to Oregon.  Her last official workout was Tuesday but she promises to keep in touch and drop in every time she comes back to the Seattle area.

Cat's's smile, laughter and positive attitude will be missed greatly, but we are excited for her future and what she will continue to bring to the CrossFit Community at her next gym. 

Good luck Cat and have a great adventure in Oregon.  You will be missed.
