Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 2/10/15

Did you register for the CrossFit Open yet?  We can't make our intramural teams until you do.  If you missed yesterdays post, here is the link to discuss the fun we are doing in the gym this year with the Open.  I apologize ahead of time for those of you that aren't on my team, because I will have the coolest team that will likely win each and every week for showing the most spirit and team camaraderie.   I am quite sure we will have our first team meeting over a pitcher to discuss our team name.

Strength/Skill:
15-20 Minutes Clean

WOD:
20 Minute AMRAP
5 Power Cleans (Mx 115/75, Rx 135/95, FB 185/125)
10 Burpees
15 Sit-Ups
