Workout of the Day (WOD)

Final Team scores will be updated in the Tuesday post because video scores are being tallied up plus we still have people doing 15.5, so those scores need to be added in.  Plus MOST TEAM SPIRIT for week 5!!!!!!

Strength/Skill:
15-20 Minutes
Hang Clean (newer people Power Clean, Seasoned work catching it in the squat.  1 Rep at a time focus on form, explosiveness and speed pulling yourself under the bar)

WOD:
Rx
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Goblet Squats (55/35)
15 Burpees

FB
12 Minute AMRAP
10 Pistols (5 on your right leg & 5 on your left leg)
15 Burpees
